Francis Sopper

President and CEO

Frank Sopper has had a career studying how humans process information and transfer that information from one mind to another. At the same time, he’s put that study into practice teaching students from elementary to graduate schools.

And he’s explored this study in leadership as a school and college administrator and now as the head of OpenBook Learning. OpenBook includes a software solution spun out of iBM’s Eduquest and a consulting practice with top-performing individuals including heads of global organizations, leaders in finance, medicine, the military sports, education, design, and entertainment. OpenBook has developed partnerships with management consultants, HR professionals and others in talent management. He even got a cold call from the International Space Station.

In his spare time, his wife, Susan, says, “He interrogates the universe.”  He’s sure the universe is up to something. He wants to find out what that is.

Robert Brown

Marketing and Design Manager

Robert Brown is an animator, photographer, and film maker who joined OpenBook Learning to manage the implementation of OpenBook’s brand through all its touch points.

He manages the design and implementation of OpenBook’s web and social media presence and its marketing program through digital, print, and broadcast media.  In addition, he oversees UI UX for our apps and storefront.

In his spare time, Robert creates GoPro videos he hopes to survive to view.

Wayne Pepper

Coach and Presenter

For the past 30 years Wayne has worked within the consulting industry. His clients consistently experience significant and lasting results from his work.  While he has been engaged mostly by Fortune 100 clients, he has also had the benefit of servicing organizations within government, education, non-profit, and the arts.

Wayne held a senior position for 9 years at the David Allen Company, speaking and consulting around the Getting Things Done® approach to productivity. Wayne was introduced to OpenBook through its partnership with David Allen.

Wayne’s impressive communication and delivery skills can be attributed to years of presenting. He also has extensive product development and sales experience with prominent entertainment giants, including Creative Artists Agency, Twentieth Century Fox, Grey Advertising, and ACNielsen/EDI.
